Please join the entire Jewish community of Roslyn and vicinity for a family gathering of unity, solidarity and inspiration.
Featuring:
Concert Performance by the sensational “M-Generation” boys’ choir!1st place winner of the 2003 International Chanukiah Awards.
Songs and presentations by the children of our local synagogues, schools, religious schools and their respective cantors; representation from community leaders; and a moving video documentary of the lives of the Chabad House hostages and the Mumbai attack, prepared by JEM Studios (age appropriate for children).
We unite in solidarity to foster acts of goodness and kindness in tribute to all the victims who were killed during one of the worst terrorist attacks against India in recent history.
“While one of the primary targets was the Chabad Jewish center, and the Chabad Rabbi, his wife and attendants were among the murdered, the loss is not limited to the Jewish community alone. This attack was perpetrated against anyone who values peace, goodness and kindness.
Our counter response to terrorism is to flood the world with acts of goodness and kindness.”
